The joint venture between A.G. Leventis and Cummins Inc. was officially signed at a launch event on February 6, 2007 in Lagos for a select audience. The new Cummins West Africa company was delighted to welcome the honourable Mr. Fidelis Tapgun, Minister of Industries, Federal Republic of Nigeria, as a special guest of honour. A warm welcome was also extended to government and industry officials, business leaders, and members of the national media.
